lan party - wolferey flickr

The LAN party is an ancient and sacred tradition amongst gamers and tech geeks, and sometimes the bigger the better.

Example? DESERTBASH, a gigantic charity LAN party that celebrates its 11st installment this July.

Doors are now open for registration, with your money going to help Shriners Hospital for Children Transportation fund and the Valley of the Sun United Way. So you can feel super good about it, you giving person you.

It’s a BOYC event, but they will also have some console events too.

Check out the types of tickets available, and get more information, over here.

So, who’s up for crushing me at Starcraft II?
